When I sent a gift ( From online store ) It still has it marked pending. Is there a wait time form them to get it?
did same, was accepted... person tried to sign in and it said no pledge yet/support told them it could take time... my ticket to support was marked as spam/imagine my shock... so now we wait. Sadly, no more gifts until this is fixed...
I recently sent a gift to a friend. When he tried to claim it, he got a notice about some sort of known bug, and to ask the sender to resend from the sender's account page. So I went to my account page and hit the resend button, and it went through and worked fine.
What Frank said. Its a known bug. I currently manage 6 accounts as some family members wont play until e1 and i do all their purchases, change accounts, accept gifts, etc.. So ive done a LOT of gifting btwn accounts. Sometimes ive had to resend it up to 3x.
when I tried resend it said it was already claimed/he did claim... now its wait... is all and why he sent a ticket/mine could not get through
We did a pledge within his new account page, so now when the gift catches up with him his pledge goes up to Artisan/giggles... either way he is ingame now/smiles... Bhenn MacDouglas on an Armor Shopping trip as we speak ingame/salutes
