Question on Village property deed

I am considering buying a village lot property deed. (Santa gave the right gift this time, $$)
Anyway, my question is, can a village lot property deed be used as a village water property deed?
I searched for an answer, but did not find one. I looked in the store add-on section, but only saw the
village lot property deed for sale.
I was just curious if this deed can be used on a coastline, just in case I do not find a suitable spot inland.

Yes, a village property deed can be claimed on either land or water.
