Questions and suggestions

Greetings all
I have several questions I need to ask and I am not on NBT. I am stationed overseas for 4 years (1.5 left) and it is usually 2 am when the streams start for me. As such I do not have another way to ask questions without overwhelming support with mundane or not really support questions. I thought this might be a good way for us to ask questions as long as we keep it positive and only ask 2 questions per week per person, not per alt. @Chris if this gets to be too much trouble or off the rails please feel free to lock it and I will find another way to ask questions. Thank you

OK I will start:
1. Will be able to edit our Player Owned Town Map like we use to at some point?
2. I have placed all my lots but forgot to make then Reservation free. Is there a way to edit the Lot Reservations without having to run around to each one. Maybe a drop down choice menu on the list the Town Crier gives us of all the lots. Right click on a unclaimed lot in the list and change the reservation there.
