Quests not moving forward or deleting?

    Ok I have just finished delivering the note to Stanley and moved on to the Solace Bridge Outskirts to try and clear some of the other quests on my list.

    I talked to the captian finished the quest yet it is still here, moved on . . .

    I walked the blood spatter path to a corpse - open it - nothing I found the corpse the source of the blood and now there is nothing from it or anything that moves me forward.

    So now sitting in the top left is 3 quests 2 - two of which I know I just completed and a 3rd with no idea what is actually going on?

    There should be a note in his hand nearby - Quentin's Final Report - that should update that quest.

    For the Ebon Dawn quest -
    Try Ebon Dawn keyword when talking to Kinsey to get that one to close out.
