Quick question about pledge payments

    I'd appreciate any help/direction on here to go on this.

    I have a Knight pledge (purchased before the expiration date), & it's only $25 away from finishing off the payment. However, it seems to be in a "holding pattern," & not finishing off for some reason.

    I wanted to see where/who to contact to resolve this (I wanted to see about paying it off directly instead of waiting for the automated payment to kick in).

    I'd appreciate any help you could provide.

    It used to be that you had to stop the payments manually.
    support@portalarium.com is the way to go for this question.

    I'd finish the $25 with a transaction through support, and then cancel the payment plan.
