    Please revisit the 40 required to access these other skills.

    Put it after Mind Lock?

    Put it at the bottom of the current tree it's on?

    I agree the 40 req is annoying, but its not insurmountable.
    Seems a bit silly to me that 90% of people who will level this skill to 40 will lock it and forget about it forever, though.

    It's less than 5k xp to get to 40 in skill, it's a trivial hinderance.

    Also agree, you just have to waste 40 points worth of exp to start training a very good Focus skill. Id say remove "Quck Swap" altogether, or make it actually relevant to gameplay.
