Quiver as container - mail system

    While I like the quiver as a container, I wanted to send one to a fellow avatar.
    The mail system does not allow containers "to be put in containers" - thus you cannot mail a quiver (or a bag, or backpack)

    Plus the leather needs to be dyeable, not just the feathers.
