    Details:
    1) Where it rains in the home - 3rd floor - technically its the first floor of the towers connected via the outside deck - its raining in the tower portions of that floor - and in the stairwells of the 2nd floor leading up to the 3rd.
    2) The full name of the home/building. Obsidian Keep (City)
    Steps to Reproduce: make rain, stay dry on first and second floor, take stairs to 3rd, get wet, stay on third floor (not the outside part), raining in indoor portions of third floor
