Details: Random Encounter 3 not working with Lich totem level 3.
Steps to Reproduce: I upgrade encounter room 2 which allowed me to put in a level 3 lich totem. On exit and switching to adventure mode I go in there is no mobs.

Does that use the kobold totems?

 

It let me insert a lich totem so not sure. I could try to put a kobold one in and see maybe that is the issue.

 

I believe Room 1 and 3 are kobold, Room 2 is Lich.

 

Seems they all take Lich. I have a Lich in room 2 its not spawning so that could be wrong. Maybe Elf?

 

Looks like it only takes Lich totems, so its broken.
