Various Light Sources which have a Bright White Translucent Orb around them. Affects some light sources in a scene, but not others and does not affect all of the same type of light source in one scene, ie. some candles in a room have it while same type of candle across room does not. Screen shots of two, in different scenes, below.

Currently the White Orb around the Lights has not been visible in same scenes in Release 32, so it is something new/different introduced in Release 33.

This is a known issue for objects such as wall candles, candelabras, and standing candelabras. We'll fix this asap. Thanks for reporting.
