    Reproduction Rate: (?) Unsure what the cause was and Im not exactly about to try it again.
    Steps to Reproduce: Trained Healthy Skill 21 levels from 64-85. (Should have used around 300K or so XP from a total pool of 2.3 million).
    Result: Reduced XP pool normally and then dropped it by an additional million out of nowhere.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 8.1 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) CPU 7820X CPU @ 3.60GHz (4) System RAM: 32 gig
    GPU: Gigabyte 1070 G1
    Lastest build of SOTA as of 11/05/2018.
