Random Sliding to the Side When out of Combat

This happened to me just after using an expert alchemy station in Lockbrier. I am still holding the pestle in my hand too. My avatar slides randomly to the side even though I'm not doing anything to move. The sliding continued until I gave up and left the scene.

 

Is this a regular occurrence? You've got some mad slide moves. We're having difficulty reproducing this locally. Are you able to get it to happen again from your location?

 

It's only happened twice, both after using an alchemy station to socket gems of all things! Once in Lockbrier and once in Wizard's Rest. I will see if I can get it to happen again.

 

i saw @Malek/Daveman do this once last release. don't recall if he was socketing things at the time.

 

I went to Lockbrier in friends only mode and used an expert alchemy table to craft a weapon cut sapphire gem. As soon as I "took all" from the table, the sliding started again and the pestle was still in my hand.

Reproduced! Has to do with the tool you're using not being properly removed. Thinks it's still trying to do the animation which causes some neat sliding. Bug submitted.
