    Steps to Reproduce:can't use unlearn on range skill to lower it below 80 skill.

    @Xee, do you have ranged spec? you cannot lower the range skill below 80 if you have a skill below it that requires it to be 80.

    I had range spec a while back but not using it anymore, its untrained down to 1 so perhaps that is an issue.
