ransom flag (just a display issue)

    Title: ransom flag (just a display issue)
    Reproduction Rate: 2/all the scenes
    Blocker? no
    Details: every scene is showing the no-ransom tag on compass and in scroll list except for the overworlds, where it's irrelevant, and the exploration areas: the fishing expedition and brit graveyard. i tested in the fishing exp and there is indeed no ransom, it's just not showing the tag.
