Ransom UI still lists a value even when cleared (misleading to the new)

    Details: I had someone this weekend sure they had to pay a ransom, when I knew with certainy that I had cleared it.

    So I checked closely.

    On the Victims Price of the Oracle, AFTER ransom is cleared, it still lists the Ransom Price as well as Item Values. So in two locations it appears there is an amount that must be payed.


    Steps to Reproduce: Kill yourself (alt), give back the item. Look on the alt, notice how there is still a Ransom amount listed as well as the same number at the bottom saying "Value" with a pile of gold next to it.

    Click "Get Items", notice how your gold value didn't change.
