Rapid Fire bonus arrow levels

    I remember reading at some point a long while back that as Rapid Fire advances, it gains bonus arrows (up to +2, for 10 total). I also recall reading that the specialization level reduces the level at which you get them.

    Does anyone recall the specifics on this?
