    Title: Rapid Fire cooldown.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Using Rapid Fire from a locked glyph cases unlocked Rapid Fire glyphs to wait for the full 15 second cooldown.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use Rapid Fire from a locked glyph and note the cooldown time for unlocked Rapid Fire glyphs.
