Rapidly double clicking right mouse button causes camera to spin around

    Title: Rapidly double clicking right mouse button causes camera to spin around.
    Reproduction Rate: I can make it happen consistently.
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I noticed that sometimes my camera will randomly spin around and I thought that it might be due to a little key-bounce. I tested by rapidly double clicking the right mouse button and that causes the same thing to happen.
    Steps to Reproduce: Rapidly double click the right mouse button.

    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
