Ravensmoor - fishing spot not able to fished

    Title: Ravensmoor - fishing spot not able to fished

    Details:
    The fishing spot at this location in Ravensmoor cannot be fished - the fishing targeting circle shows as red.

    In certain angles - with the avatar facing away, and the camera at certain angles, the fishing circle shows as blue.

    But most angles - it cannot be fished.

    Looks like part of the issue is that it's very close to the shore - perhaps the "disable fishing when water is shallow" effect is happening here.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to the below location
    2) Attempt to fish the fishing spot - unable to do so
