Title: Razer Chroma Stack/Combo Glyph Highlight on *Number Keys* are Off by One Space

Details: I have my hotbar set to Q, E, R, F, C, 1, 2, 3, 4, M3. When I'm in combat and a set of stackable glyphs are in play in the right section (1, 2, 3, 4, M3) of my hotbar, my keyboard's Chroma highlight is off by one space. So, if stackable glyphs appear in slot 1 and 3, the highlight is on key 2 and 4. The left side displays correctly.
Steps to Reproduce: Have unlocked slots on the right half of the hotbar. Set keys to Q, E, R, F, C, 1, 2, 3, 4, M3. Have multiples of the same glyphs drawable in the right half of the hotbar. Enter combat. Watch Razer Chroma-enabled keyboard skip a space.
Updated Details: Tested a few things mentioned below. It seems to be only Number Keys that are affected by this skipped space. Perhaps this is Razer's issue? I am on a Razer Blade laptop.

Changed my keys back to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0... still seeing the right half with a space skipped. I have slot 5 locked. I'll try it unlocked now.

 

Unlocked the entire bar... now everything is off by 1...

 

I believe it is just the number keys at this point. Editing bug post to reflect this.

 

Thanks @CrazyPhil , i confess I turned off the lighting cos it kept going black! so I wouldnt have seen this. I have forwarded for review 9/2/2017
