    Title: Reagent Spell List Flickers

    Details: See video. Reagent list on spell icons flickers. Edit: Continues to happen after a client restart.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 16268
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series GPU RAM: 4073
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.455.Date.08.04.16
    Area: Novia
    Loc: (307.5, 13.1, -395.1)

    Yep, looks like layout management cannot decide whether some lines should be on one line or 2.

    Getting the same thing happening in my ranged attack skill tooltips windows. Seems any text sitting under the cost heading flickers wildly.

    Intel i7 - 4720HQ 2.6GHz
    Windows 10 Home
    32GB RAM
    NVIDIA GTX 980M - 8GB RAM

    Im getting this too now since today, so all my ingredients for spells on the tooltips flicker weirdly. Im somehow sure i didnt have this up to last evening. Im not sure what i did tho, to make it happen, since i switched around a bit in settings i think.

    Edit: Today i got last days patch when launching, what eventually could have to do with the flickering, since it hasnt been there last day for me without the patch.
