    Title: Rectangle Rug (Red and Purple) won't do a mouse-over when placed.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: When this rug is placed on a floor, it does not give it's description on a mouse-over.
    Steps to Reproduce: Buy a Rectangle Rug (Red and Purple) from a Deco NPC and try it.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz (8) System RAM: 12287
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.511.Date.11.21.16
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template/Falling Waters Fortress
