Title: Red Dress makes pants disappear

Details: I (male avatar) equipped the Red Dress taken from Owl's Nest to show my wife. I saw that the dress only took the shirt slot, so my Cotton Cloth Leggings were still equipped. Then I put my Epic Leather Chest armor back on. Then it appeared that I was running around in my underwear, but the pants were still equipped in the character window. After zoning, the pants were back, but bleached of all color. Also, the pants load before the rest of the character. My shiny pants precede me! Quitting the game and relogging brings the pants textures back.
Steps to Reproduce: Steal a dress from the chest in Owl's Nest. Equip the dress over your pants. Put on a different shirt. Enter a new zone to go from underwear to white shiny pants.
(Added) Taking off the shiny pants and putting them back on does not fix.
(Added2) My wife saw normal pants, not shiny pants in game. So apparently only I can see them. Putting dress on and off brought back the underwear, which she did see in game.
