Reduced Taxes not applying to pre-paid taxes.

With the recent massive reduction in the tax rate, I've noticed that there isn't a corresponding increase in the pre-paid days for my lots. So for the coming days, I'm being forced to pay taxes at the OLD rate.

Removing the deed and replacing the deed will not correct this either, as I am told that the refund is based on the prepaid tax DAYS, and not the prepaid tax GOLD amount. This means that I will be refunded at the new half-tax rate, and not at the full tax rate that I prepaid.

Is this a simple oversight that is being corrected VERY SOON since every day that passes since the change on Thursday Jan 24, 2019 (build 894?), I'm being forced to pay double what everyone else is paying; and continuing to pay...

This certainly seems wrong.
