    • There is no need to submit crash logs. Crash data we require is automatically logged.
    NOTE: Important information including your location and system specs are automatically put into your clipboard when using /bug in the game (DO NOT add additional system specs unless requested). When starting your post, just use <CTRL>-V to insert the data and fill in the entries with no data.

    I have looked everywhere for an option to contact actual help on the site and found none with the contact option just leading to a "how to donate big money to the game" faq.
    During the past day all coto's in my possesion just vanished including the 1800 I just sent to my pack from my VIP sub.
    I purchased most of the missing coto's directly with the rest coming from my paid subscription and would like to know how to have this bug fixed.
    Why there is no support is beyond me but this forum is the only option offered.
