[Referred to Support] Lord British 62 Shield missing

    Good evening, I am writing to report a BUG to the Lord British 62 Shield object.

    Introduction: I had 2 Shields, the first received from ravalox and the second bought from another player on the same day of the event.

    The second one was initially canceled and then re-assigned to me by calling support and explaining that I had bought it on the day of the event from another player.

    BUG discovered today: The 2 shields were one in my bank and the other in my Novia Market vendor.

    Today I looked at the bank and the shield was gone. So to avoid being left with zero shield I "sent to the bank" what was in the Novia Market vendor but there is no longer any Lord British 62 Shield in my bank.

    To be precise, I can say that I sent the shield from the vendor to the bank approximately between 9.10PM (Italy time) and 9.20.
