Refining batch skill does not increase batch of coils of wire

Is this intended?

I am attempting to do a mass craft and enchant enchant test of results and the mass batching would save significant effort. I assume plate would be the same effect. It seems like a significant amount of xp expenditure if the only thing it works on is ingots.

In comparison to tailoring, crafting heavy armor takes one extra step to make coils or plates (ignoring Bone Armor), so it would not be an imbalance to make the increased batching of coils and plates possible.

Will time the swiftness next.

 

the new refining skills only apply to the things in the "refined materials" subsections of the recipe book.
