Reflections are totally borked

    Title: Reflections are totally borked.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Environment reflections that fill in the shadows are missing and the reflection on water is hosed.
    Steps to Reproduce: See the video below, note the water.

    [edit] The water reflections are broken only in the Low and Medium settings. I switched to High and the water reflections look correct.

    Here's a comparison between QA and live. Note how on QA, the shadows are very dark with almost no detail (check the pots and my avatar).

    And on live, the shadows are filled in a bit with reflected light.

    The experience on live is much nicer; except at night, where the effect is a little too strong.
