    The dyeability of the feathers of the Ornate Leather Quiver was the only reason for me to buy one from the Add-On Store.
    I also bought Pure Black Dye from the Add-On Store just to be able to dye the feathers of the Ornate Leather Quiver.
    I will contact the customer service and ask my money back!!!

    This reminds me of Silver Steeds.... Sorry that was a bug?!? Uhm what exactly is the problem with the player having dye-able feathers anyway???
