Release 107 deployment date is October 28th

    We have shifted the final build for R107 to Friday (during our normal window), instead of Thursday due to scheduling issues.

    R108 and R109 will be short release cycles due to the holidays:

    R107 - October 28th
    R108 - November 17th
    R109 - December 15th
    R110 - January 26th (back on normal schedule)
