Reminder, Please don't post griefable exploits!

Darn, I was getting such good advice from those posts.

 

Will the people streaming those exploits be banned? Watching someone from Pax et Veritas right now exploiting the Mage Room in The Rise. Method can be seen there, not spilling it but it has basically sth to do with the way doorways work currently ^^

 

@Chris - I think the above is a very interesting question as well.

I know a lot of exploits, while detrimental, aren't considered "that bad" and people get a pass on currently as long as they report it, and are allowed to farm the rewards until it's fixed.

However wouldn't publicly showing off exploits through streaming be kind of breaking the rule of "report first and don't tell everyone"?
It definitely sets a bad precedent for people who want to play the game legitimately, since they will start to feel they must exploit to keep up with those who are doing it freely.

 

I remember in GW2 even famous streamers got banned. Not saying this should happen here, but I think it doesn't matter anymore. Damage has been done, and we just need to get more sandbox content and risk vs reward in so ppl can easily catch up.
