remove deck swapping or at least make it a very long duration

    Well, the armor-specific buffs go away when you swap. If you swap to heavy and cast inner strength and glancing blow, then swap back to light armor, you just wasted your time basically. So you can't get an advantage by switching in this way, other than fizzle chance. I don't know of any buffs that are difficult to cast in heavy, though.
