Details: removing paper from public vendor - turns red in inventory, still shows up on vendor - until client restart
Steps to Reproduce: I added a piece of paper from my inventory to the public vendor: "It's a party!" - I also added a copper COTO. I closed the public vendor UI. I re-opened the public vendor UI, and removed the paper "It's a party!" - it shows up in my inventory as a red item - and still shows up on the public vendor - the button for "reclaim" also needs to be hit twice at this point. If you close the public vendor UI - the item is no longer listed, but is still red in your inventory - until you reload the game client.

I wasn't able to repro on what will be the live build. I'll keep at it. If anyone else can repro this please let us know.
