Repair item from damage icons & add keybind

    Now that the "damage item" icons (top right) list the broken items on hover, it would be nice if dropping the repair kit on those icons would repair the item.

    If multiple items are damaged, dropping a stack of repair kits (more than the damaged items) would repair all of them.

    Bonus points: add a "repair all" keybinding that would use whatever type of repair kits that are needed to repair all armor, weapons, tools, etc.

    How about adding a "Repair Tool" button in the Crafting interface?
