Repair skill need to fix

    Hi there! The repair skills in any tree are mostly useless. May be you could some modify these skills? I mean:
    1. Allow some chance to restore some % of maximum item durability when repair it using workbench with high repair level.
    2. Add a recipe to repair menu for repairing artifacts using repair skill level buff (damaged artifact + elder essence)
