Repeat crashing to desktop while entering scenes.

    Details: Ever since R55 I've noticed issued on my machine using an RX580.
    It crashed at random it seems. Most notably when opening paper dolls and also crafting tables.

    It has also crashed on me entering Blue Rose Isle, a plains encounter and also entering the Forest Cave
    in the west ravenswood. About 5 - 6 times in the last 1 - 2 hours. It also happened 3 times during LB's
    birthday bash. During the fights with the cabalists and also during the fireworks.

    The little crash reporter loads and closes and then sends me to the desktop.

    Steps to Reproduce: open and close crafting stations. enter and leave scenes.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 16319
    GPU: Radeon RX 580 Series GPU RAM: 8137 version 18.3.1 and now 18.6.1 same issues.
