[Repro needed] A wolf at the Overland Map does not take you to any Encounter Scene

    Details:
    A wolf at the Overland Map does not take you to any Encounter Scene.
    The wolf stays as Green and does not start chasing you.
    You can't get to any Encounter Scene by going to the same hex as the wolf.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Meet a wolf at Novia
    2) Go to the same hex

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12244

    Hmmm I'm trying to find a wolf encounter at this moment. It seems the skeleton one nearby pulled me in as intended on dev (internal). I'll keep an eye out for more encounters. Let me know if you happen to come across this same issue again @Mischievous Dragon I suspect something is amiss. I'd restart the client now if you haven't yet.
