[Repro needed] Can not sow seeds while harvest seeds is in cooldown

    Details: intended? But I CAN sow seeds while watering is in cooldown
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz (8) System RAM: 8139
    GPU: Radeon (TM) HD 6490M GPU RAM: 1008
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.672.Date.10.04.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Dragomir Mori

    It may not be cooldown.. It may be the harvest process takes a long time.

    Looks like if I spam the plant glyph during harvest cooldown I can eventually get it to fire. When it fails it says "There are no seeds in inventory". Must be some sort of performance problem. Oh well. no one cares...

    If you don't provide enough information and some steps to reproduce a problem, it's really hard for anyone to figure out what the problem might be though.

    Is anyone else seeing this?
    "There are no seeds in inventory" -assuming there are seeds on the hot bar being used...

    Because it seems to be a performance problem and I have a crappy computer, I assumed no one would be able to repro.
    Best repro effort should include:
    1. crappy 8GB computer with radeon card and DX11
    2. Harvest and sow seeds at level 85 (for large harvest and sow area)
    3. Use of at least a village lot full of plants (~400 plants)
    4. Cotton plants
    5. Position harvest area over FULL group of plants, press key for harvest glyph, DONT move cursor, AS SOON AS HARVEST completes according to the progress bar, spam the sow seed glyph using the keyboard. You are trying to plant in the same area you just harvested as quickly as possible.

    When I do this procedure, it says "There are no seeds in inventory" some random number of times until it allows me to sow. I thought the cooldown was blocking it but was able to sow sometimes before the harvest cooldown completed.

    I plant large fields so I try to do it as quickly as possible.
