[Repro Needed] Can't summon water elemental

    Title: Can't summon water elemental

    Details: I've tried multiple times to summon a water elemental from a glyph on my utility bar. The spell casting vfx happens, and my focus is slightly reduced, but nothing happens afterward. I've tried this both in and out of attack mode. In case it matters, this was after dying and timing out because there is no ankh in the lake towers (for getting to the blessing), and the doors don't work either. But I think it was broken before I died too.

    Tried again and couldn't reproduce it, even after dying and timing out.
