[Repro needed] Celestial Blessing effect doesn't go away when you dismiss

    Title: Celestial Blessing effect doesn't go away when you dismiss
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Purple ring stays after you dismiss it manually. Unsure when it will actually disappear.
    Steps to Reproduce: Activate and then dismiss, you will still see purple ring.

    I was not able to repro on the most current build (not yet live) so I suspect we now have this fixed. If for some reason you still see this please let us know.
