Details: Casted Elysian Illumination during combat. Spell works as intended and heals me and pet. After combat I take 2 hitpoints from it. Pet continues to be healed. Afterwards Healthbar bug applies, i.e. max health cannot be reached.

Are you able to reproduce this reliably? We would be interested in a repro case.

 

I am afraid not, had the same issue on the current R43. I was suspecting that the spell doesn't do any real damage but that maybe a buff (sun innate = strength buff) stops while the spell is active and this then shows as "negative" hp.
