[Repro Needed] Flagged for PVP

    Title: Flagged for PVP

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? No

    Details: Having logged onto QA server several times, noticed I was flagged for PVP when never flagged for PVP on regular server.

    - Tried with a couple of alts but not reproducible now with these.
    - However, on my main character with the issue......
    I went to the Oracle and removed PVP flag. Logged out and on logging back in, I am again flagged for PVP ?!?


    User Specs: AMD FX-8350 8 core 4.01GHz, 16Gb, Win7 Pro, NVIDIA GeForce GTX750Ti

    Bug #: 53938 created as of this morning. Sorry for the problems folks. If you find any pattern or rhyme or reason as to why it pops up sometimes and other times it doesn't, I'll add it to the bug report :)
