[Repro Needed]Hamstring movement debuff remains permanently on dragon

    Title: Hamstring movement debuff remains permanently on dragon
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    The Hamstring combo has 2 effects: damage over time, and movement debuff.

    On the dragon - after the damage over time duration expires, the movement debuff remains permanently on the dragon.

    Expected behavior: movement debuff from Hamstring also disappears with the expiration of the damage over time duration.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Attack dragon with Hamstring combo
    2) Observe that the movement debuff icon does not disappear at the end of the duration

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058

    We're unable to reproduce this issue in latest, internally. Please rereview and let us know if you can get this problem to reoccur. The dragon sped back up as expected when movement debuff fell off.

    Just reproduced on QA build 548 - see screenshots below with the debuff icon remaining after minutes.

    - Attacked Dragon with Hamstring
    - Damage over time expired
    - Movement debuff icon remained

    Is it that the movement debuff expired, but the ICON remains?
