[Repro needed] Hyla Not Responding

Blocker? Partial - unable to finish the quest

Details: When prompting Hyla with 'Hyla's Dad' nothing happens. All speech stops and she does not respond.

I was not able to repro I'm afraid. Selecting "Hyla's Dad" triggered a response and the next set of events.
Did you exit conversation - and you still had the same issue?
I'm not sure why this is happening to you and not to me just yet...

I've had this happen to me a couple of times on Live, but with other NPCs. I don't think it's NPC specific, but more like a lag-hiccup. The way I got around it was to ESC out of the convo, go talk to another NPC, then go back and talk to the problematic NPC. That seemed to "fix" it. One time it required me to log off and log back in again since I was getting no responses from any NPC. Naturally, this is just my experience, so I can't speak for others.

I have exited and tried over and over. Even came back to it other days. So far, the quest has not triggered for me. I will keep going back and trying.
