[Repro needed] Jobtempalloc warning memory leak

    Title: Jobtempalloc warning memory leak
    Reproduction Rate: 2/2
    Blocker? Lesser systems might fill and crash
    Details: Entering Town Port Phoenix, Debug Jobtempalloc Warning
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Turn on /debug
    2) Teleport or Enter Port Phoenix from Elysium
    3) Stand still, the errors accummulate.
    4) Move and the errors stop happening

    This happens at Jade Valley Also. It may be on the entrance to every scene.

    Good Day @Lexie

    This Old Frame memory allocation continues to happen after a reboot. Teleporting into Owls Head and entering Kingsport from Hiddenvale.

    There is no definitive correlation between the errors and an increase in the thread working set size so it may not be a big issue.
    The error continues to happen every 5-7 seconds while standing still after entering the scene, count up to 204 now.

    Enclosed is a shot of the debug. If you want further debug data, let me know what tool to use.

    This error does not happen when entering Central Brittany from the boat from Kingsport.

    It was all running pretty clean in Crossroads then I went to South longfall Road.
    running in multiplayer but did not see anyone else.

    Reproduction Rate: ~ 50% of scenes

    Details: South Longfall Road produced ~1150 of these warnings in an hour.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Turn on /debug
    2) Enter Longfall Road Scene
    Video and audio was glitcy, errors accumulated
