[Repro needed] Mail Payment

    4. Details:I mail a birthday message and a birthday present and clicked the send button before the payment button and then send. It sent without requiring me to pay.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:None
    6. User Specs:win. 8.1, nvidia graphic card, 16 gb ram, i7 processor

    I'm not able to repro. I'm seeing it take the gold with the fee listed when the item is sent. I just tested this again.

    What was the item you were sending? Maybe it that is related.
