[Repro needed] overland map troll stuck/unable to aggro

    Title: overland map troll stuck/unable to aggro
    Reproduction Rate: ?
    Blocker? no
    Details: was cutting through the pass to ardoris on overland map at Loc: (-59.1, 18.3, -349.6) and noticed the troll seemed to be stuck in a hole.. it was jumping up and down on the screen and the troll aggro'd me but couldn't get unstuck to chase me. exited client and logged back in, troll wasn't there but it respawned and aggro'd as usual

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 8121
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.656.Date.09.01.17
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (-59.1, 18.3, -349.6)
