[Repro Needed] Party menu not updated after timing out and logging back in

Logging back in after timing out, while being in a group the party listing does not update if there are changes to the party.

Example I logged back in after timing out, I was in a group of four, when I logged back in, the party menu reported that all of them were still in the same location (The Fall), when in reality 2 members of the party had logged off and one was in Graff Gem mines.... The party menu was reporting them as all being in the Fall.

I am also unable to leave the party, rebooting a second time seem to solve.

Right now, I cannot repro by timing out of a party and signing back in. If we can establish a pattern of this I can certainly submit as a bug...
