    Details: I use celestial shield . the electric artifact is blue . ( ? )
    Steps to Reproduce:After the fight , where I was .

    I think we may have fixed this since you first reported this. Right now on build 671 I see Celestial Blessing to have a faint aura, with no weird artifacts. I am not seeing what you show in that picture.
    Are you seeing the same thing now?
