[Repro needed] Siege Engineers not spawning on platform - unable to clear siege

Details: Cleared 2 platforms, the 3rd platform is not spawning engineers
Steps to Reproduce: Entered siege outside Virtual Oasis, cleared 2 platforms and the third does not have engineers to clear flag and spawn Lich/Cabalist

I was not able to repro. Did you clear two points and the third just didn't have anyone on it? Did rezoning out and back in have any effect?
Which was the point that had no one on it? I assume the banner was still up, or no? (in case someone was there before you...)

Correct, I cleared 2 points, however, it was spawning champions and marksmen, just no engineers. I tried rezoning and that had no effect. The banner was still up on only the 3rd platform. The platform in question was the nearer of the two on the right side after crossing the bridge if entering the siege from the town.

 

Gotcha. I know the one you speak of. Although technically this could probably happen at any of them...
I will attempt to repro. In the past, whenever I saw this (rare, hard to repro) it would at least let you take the point as long as the remaining mobs were taken care of.

I stuck around and cleared 3 or 4 pair of mob spawns, about 3-4 minutes apart, but the point never cleared, so I abandoned it. I tried this both during the original run and after zoning out and back in.
